Rhoback is looking for a dynamic Video Editor with a passion for creating engaging, fun, and high-quality content. This role is tasked with creating both short form and long form social media content (scripted & unscripted), as well as marketing assets for social media and digital distribution. Experience creating digital advertisements is a must. The ideal candidate will be proficient in all stages of post-production and can translate raw footage in creative and innovative ways that align with Rhoback’s brand ethos.
Individual will report to Rhoback’s Chief Content Officer, while also working directly with Rhoback’s founders. Individual will also work closely with Rhoback’s internal creative team & freelance creatives, to maintain an organized library of content. Individual will be an integral member of Rhoback’s growing Media House team of creatives who will constantly collaborate to grow as professionals, creators, and continue Rhoback’s incredible growth trajectory in media and activewear markets.
This role will be based in historical Charlottesville, Virginia, and will start as soon as possible. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Editing marketing assets for advertisement purposes distributed across all Rhoback platforms.

Editing short form & long form content (scripted & unscripted) for Rhoback’s digital platforms.

Work with Rhoback’s Digital Marketing team to optimize content performance.
-
Manage post-production workflow from ingesting, transcoding, editing, grading, compression, exporting & final delivery.

Maintain an organized library of raw media, projects, and final masters.
-
Assist with curating a music library to be used for Rhoback content that aligns with the brand ethos.

Brainstorm content ideas that evoke the Rhoback mantra, “Crave Activity.”

Occasionally travel to support live events with quick turn edited content.

Stay consistently up to date on creative trends, best practices, and editing techniques.

Hours will be subject to change based on changing timelines, so flexibility is imperative.
Ideal Requirements:

2+ years’ experience in video editing for digital delivery and social platforms.

Demonstrated experience cutting digital ads, short & long form branded content, & energetic hype videos.

Incredible attention to detail with regards to color accuracy & sound design.

Ability to create engaging motion videos from still images.

Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro & Media Encoder (CC).
-
Experience with Adobe After Effects & Audition (CC) is a strong plus.

Ability to work with minimal direction, showing strong initiative.

Rhoback is looking for a proactive, trustworthy, and analytically hungry Senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance department with a primary focus of managing Rhoback’s inventory forecasting and creating structure around the company’s financial planning and budgeting processes.
The Senior FP&A Analyst should have excellent quantitative and analytical skills and be an expert in Microsoft Excel. The best candidate has strong experience in FP&A and/or corporate finance and inventory management, ideally in retail or consumer goods, as well as experience with Oracle enterprise reporting tools. Candidate should have exceptional organization skills and attention to detail to effectively own Rhoback’s inventory forecast and related review processes. This candidate should also be comfortable pulling raw data, organizing it into a digestible format, and communicating it to inform tactical and strategic decisions. Finally, the candidate should be comfortable creating and managing KPIs for key balance sheet / profit and loss accounts and developing, implementing, and managing review processes for each of them.
This role will be based in Charlottesville, VA and will start as soon as possible. This individual will report to Rhoback’s Finance Director and work closely with Rhoback’s founders, merchandising, design, marketing, and product development teams.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Sales and Inventory:

Determine quarterly inventory production run quantities by product type based on cash flow projections and strategic goals.

Calculate monthly inventory balances and forecasted inventory receipts at the item level and partner with merchandising to determine items at risk of stocking out.
-
Maintain, update, and improve inventory forecasting tool to aid the merchandising team on in-stock styles for production runs.
-
Triangulate inventory shipments with sales projections to determine inventory stock-out dates and flag potential emergency purchase order needs at a product type level.

Develop process for periodic updates to cost and pricing assumptions across all product types.
-
Build and manage weekly and monthly rhythms for inventory reviews by defining KPIs and developing a process to provide periodic updates and strategic recommendations.
Planning and Budgeting:

Create, own and distribute daily business performance metrics to leadership.
-
Build, track, and forecast budgets for all profit and loss accounts.
-
Update and maintain cash flow file with new accounts, product types, and key calculations.

Assist in month close activities by updating income statement actuals and tying out variances to general ledger and enterprise resource planning tool.

Prepare and analyze cost variances to budgets to inform strategic decision-making.

Build and manage daily, weekly, and monthly budget review rhythms; define KPIs by budget category and own the consolidation of all financial information to inform these reviews.

Assist in ERP implementation and develop rhythms for ERP management, including data and budget entry, journal entry preparation and review, and other system needs.

Take on any ad-hoc analysis from FP&A Manager and cofounders to support strategic decision making
(long-term forecasting and modeling of strategic plans).

Rhoback is looking for a positive, organized, and motivated Influencer Relations Coordinator to join our brand team with a primary focus on managing all aspects of growing our relationships with content creators. This will include running LTK, researching creators, outreach, forming relationships, executing contracts, managing podcasts, tracking performance, obtaining UGC, seeding product, and more. By focusing on managing relationships with creators, this position will require strong organizational skills, a friendly personality, and a desire to grow the Rhoback community through an innovative influencer marketing strategy.
The Influencer Relations Coordinator should be enthusiastic about developing strategy, have a strong understanding of the influencer market, and excellent interpersonal skills. Acting as the first impression of the brand to many people, it is imperative the candidate demonstrates an ability to understand the ethos of the brand. By using all social media platforms, it is expected this person has a foundational knowledge of social media and influencer marketing strategies. Candidate should be comfortable receiving feedback and collaborating with team members across multiple departments.

The Senior Customer Experience Manager should have best-in-class experience leading and executing CX initiatives that align with and build on Rhoback’s best-in-class customer satisfaction standards.
